Website assistant and your data
The assistant loads and searches the public site index only after your first question. It provides links to relevant pages and may make mistakes. Confirm contractual, certification, or commercial details directly with Stellar.
Optional AI uses the open-weight Qwen2.5 0.5B Instruct model through WebLLM. After a model download, inference runs in a compatible browser on your device. There is no paid inference API. Website search is available without downloading a model.
Conversation messages stay in the current page session. The assistant does not submit them to a hosted inference service. Your browser may cache downloaded model files. The site and its font/model delivery providers receive normal network request information. Email and external product links open separate services governed by their own policies.
