Can you support the portal after launch?
Yes. After launch we provide hypercare and knowledge transfer, and we can run the portal as a managed service or through a dedicated team.
Which contract vehicles can we use?
Current vehicles include GSA OASIS+ Small Business, Texas DIR ITSAC (DIR-CPO-5643), Maryland CATS+ and Statewide Agile Resources & Teams 2024, Florida DMS agreements, and other state and local contracts. Our team can confirm whether you are eligible to order.
Can work be performed onshore?
Yes. Work can be led from our headquarters in Rockville, Maryland, combined with our Bangalore delivery center, or done entirely in the United States if your program requires it.
