Stellar Pulse uses OCR, NLP, and machine learning for permit and license review, and Stellar E² uses cross-system document verification for eligibility workflows.
Which contract vehicles can we use?
Current vehicles include GSA OASIS+ Small Business, Texas DIR ITSAC (DIR-CPO-5643), Maryland CATS+ and Statewide Agile Resources & Teams 2024, Florida DMS agreements, and other state and local contracts. Our team can confirm whether you are eligible to order.
Can work be performed onshore?
Yes. Work can be led from our headquarters in Rockville, Maryland, combined with our Bangalore delivery center, or done entirely in the United States if your program requires it.
